COVID 19 Update – How TechCreate is Operating Online

As with most businesses we are severely impacted with the Coronavirus, which has halted all of our outreach and in house classes, clubs and parties. Our studio is also closed to visitors. However we are pleased to still be able to offer the following:

Laser Cutting/Engraving Service

From 18th May we are now taking orders for laser cutting and 3D printing as one team member at a time will work in the studio and operate our laser and 3D printer. To learn more please see:

Online Classes

We have been busy rolling out our computer coding classes online via Zoom we did this with our current coding club members initially. That went really well and we actually have had some of our regular members ask if they can do classes online even when things have gone back to normal! We are now pleased to be launching additional classes to children and adults across Ireland, and indeed overseas.

We are also offering coding sessions on behalf of libraries and schools, if you’d like us to run classes for you then please get in touch.

Maker Kits

Now that we are back in the studio we are also working on maker kits that we can send out to people, that will contain small projects that people can work on at home. Like with the coding we plan to have online Zoom sessions with our instructors who will guide you on how to assemble these kits.
