We are pleased to share with you the release of a new board game by Irish Company, Decking Awesome Games. This was the brainchild of Ciara Costelloe an avid fan of games and escape rooms.
Ciara first approached us in summer 2017 when she took some training with us on laser cutting and then worked on a few projects herself. Following that she got in touch again in Autumn 2018 when we worked with her to design and make some custom game pieces for her Kickstarter backed game ‘Dice Summoners’.
This week the game has made it to reality with all of the games purchased by the Kickstarter backers getting shipped out. Kickstarter is a great platform for not only validating a product idea but also monetising it to fund initial product development. You can see the original Dice Summoners kickstarter project here
It was great working with Ciara and to be part of this Kickstarter project, and seeing it come alive from concept to finished product is testament to Ciara’s drive and determination.
